ウチの子(20)の話 去年、おととしと二回農業実習行った。 それぞれ6週間で受け入れ先に住み込みだが 週1で休みがあったし、個室だし風呂は実習生(研修生)用に別にあった。 食事は基本一緒だけど時間がある人からどうぞって感じ。 学生、留学生、研修生がいつも出入りしていた。 実子は10～20代で海外や県外に農業留学やおつとめしてる。 四世代敷地内同居で自宅介護もしてるけど、奥さんは明るい方でした。 介護制度などきちんと理解して利用してて 給料制で収入に働きが反映されて 子は大学までの進学を薦める、そんな農家にお世話になりました。 しかしときたま出会う農業普及員や他の受け入れ農家の人からは 陰で「変わり者」「ハブられてんだ」 などの話が聞こえてきたそうです。(未成年相手に愚痴w) 子の進路は結局農業以外の路になりました。 仕事そのものは好きだったのに…
