介護や福祉に携わっている人たちと会うと元気が出る。 なのに、医療従事者と会うと凹むことばかりだ。
そもそも他人が解決なんてしなくてもいいんだ。 問題は本人しか解決できない。 他者はケアすることしかできない。 それなのに、ケアがなにかがわかってない医療者が多過ぎる。 いっしょに悩んでくれればいいんだ。 人は誰でも、自分で解決する力をもっているんだから。
