経済産業省とＩＰＡが共同で実施している「未踏ソフトウェア創造事業」に、私の提案した「グーグル八分発見システムの開発プロジェクト」が採択されました！
いまこそ、検索エンジンを独自に監視できるような、「観測方法」を技術的に構築する必要性があります。それは、原子力発電所からの放射能漏れが無いかどうか、東京電力の発表を受身で待つばかりではなく独自に監視する必要があるのと同様です。北朝鮮が核実験したかどうか、北の発表を鵜呑みに出来ないのと同様です。そして、IT時代において、その「観測」は、利用者一人一人が行えるようなものであるべきです。
